How do I go about booking an event?
When you have settled on an available date, fill out and sign the attached contract and fax or email it back to us with a non-refundable deposit of $500 for an evening event or $250 for a daytime event. Once the signed contract and deposit are received, Rendez-Vous will be secured for your event. We operate on a first come first served basis with deposits.
Are there any minimums?
$1200 minimum for evening events
$500 minimum for luncheons
$350 minimum for breakfast
Minimums are based on menu pricing only and not tax or gratuity.
What is included in the per person menu price?
Exclusive use of the Rendez-Vous private room, Corking fees, Personalized menus, Custom placemats from our collection, Votive candles, Ribbon-tied ivory napkins
Do you have AV equipment?
Yes. You may rent our digital projector and screen for an additional $200.
